Prior to joining Harris-Ginsberg, Mr. Storm served as a volunteer attorney to the Honorable Judge Amy M. Pellman in the Los Angles Superior Court Family Law Division as well as the Honorable Judge Craig Karlan in the Los Angeles Superior Court Probate Division.
Mr. Storm also served as a certified clerk in the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of California where he prosecuted cases for the federal government and received an award from the U.S. Attorney for such duties. Mr. Storm further received a personal commendation from the Los Angeles District Attorney, Steve Cooley. Mr. Storm was also the recipient of the Witkin Award in the field of Mental Disability Law.
Mr. Storm previously externed at a child advocacy firm in Sacramento, specializing in the representation of children in the foster care system.
Prior to his career in law, Mr. Storm was Vice-President of a leading electronic security firm. In his capacity as such, Mr. Storm worked for numerous political dignitaries, notable celebrities, entertainment related guilds and studios. Mr. Storm has further received numerous acknowledgments of excellence from the California State Commission on Police Officer Standards and Training and achieved the status of a Level 3 Reserve Deputy.
Mr. Storm assisted in the research and writing of “Virtual Justice as Reality: Making the Resolution of E-Commerce Disputes More Convenient, Legitimate, Efficient, and Secure” published in the University of Illinois Journal of Law Technology & Policy in the Spring of 2009.
